Keyword Marketing Research Essential To Success:

Any person that has ever tried to make money online would be able to tell you that competition can be fierce. There are millions of people trying to sell something to the same individuals that everyone else is targeting. Even a person that has a completely unique product for sale may have a hard time getting any type of worthwhile traffic. This has made keyword marketing research an absolute necessity for any website owner or Internet marketer. A website owner that takes their time to do this research will be miles ahead of their competition.

What is keyword marketing research and why is it so important? Most people know that the best way to be found online is through a high ranking in the search engines. The only problem with this is that most people don’t know how to get their site ranked or what to rank for in the first place. For example, a person that sells a dog training video would want to make sure that people searching for dog training videos will find their site. This is only common sense. The point of keyword marketing research is to find what phrase is searched most often and still has the least amount of competition. A site named dogtrainingvideos.com may sound good but may never be found if there are a billion competing pages.

Keyword marketing research can be done with several free tools online. The Google Keyword Tool and Word Tracker Free Tool are just two of the ones that a person can use. These tools will help a person to see which phrase they should be targeting. Looking to our previous example, a person may find that the phrase “stop my dog from barking” is searched thousands of times per month but only has one hundred competing pages. Using this phrase in the website domain name or as text throughout the site will help it to be ranked higher for this term. Even if a person has videos on dog potty training and other subjects, this term will help their site to be found by relevant traffic.

All website owners should recognize that keyword marketing research is essential for any style website. Having a website that is never found is like not having a website at all. The time that is spent doing proper keyword research will be well worth it in the long run.

If you’re ready to outsource your keyword research tasks to me, I’ll help you save money by freeing up your time to focus on other aspects of your business. Place your order and let’s get started.

Create Relevant Back Links in 3 Easy Steps

A typical search engine results page

Creating relevant back links to your site isn’t so difficult to deal with when you know how. This article is meant to help you understand what they are and how to build back links to your site. If this is something you’ve struggled with read on and find out how to take action in 3 easy steps!

Back linking is the process of creating links to your website from an article, another site, or blog linking them to yours, and is the key to getting free traffic. Back linking is also called off-page optimization and can contribute to higher rankings in search engines.

1. The initial step to be taken is to determine the keywords you want to target when creating back links. A high quality link to your site is one that includes your websites keywords in its anchor text. This is what is known as anchor text. The reason a link with the keyword in the anchor text is given more weight than links without, is because the anchor text coming from another site shows the content is relevant to your site.

I’d suggest avoiding link farms. These are groups of connected sites usually created by an individual or an exchange with the intent of increasing the link popularity by increasing the number of incoming links to those sites. You run the risk of having your site banned from the search engines using this practice. It’s better to obtain your back links in a natural way.

2. The next step is going to be writing articles. Do I hear a groan? Providing helpful and relevant content is the foundation (besides your keyword research) for your site. This is really what will attract the search engine robots and visitors. Something that you’ll want to avoid here are articles using PLR (private label rights) material that has not been edited. Original content is always preferable. If you’re not inclined to write your own material, you might want to consider hiring someone to write for you. There are many services and sites that offer to write articles, reports, blog posts, and even Tweets for a reasonable fee. There are many high page rank sites where you can submit your articles and provide a link back to your site.

3. The third step is going to be commenting on blogs that are relevant to your niche. This is important because it’s a natural way to increase traffic to your site as well as having the opportunity to leave your link on someone else’s site.

Back links found on forums, blogs and other sites across the internet increase your website popularity. They validate the importance of a site; they tell the search engines that a site is relevant and other people find it valuable. What’s essential to avoid here is leaving comments that offer no value to the blog or forum you’re visiting. You run the risk of having your comments relegated to the spam folder.

Stick to the steps just like outlined above and everything should go well. You will have handled your back linking strategy in a natural way that offers value to your readers.

Product Name Keywords Review

How I got Product Name Keywords Review to the first page of Google

Product Name Keywords is a new software program from Steve Porter the creator of BuildaBlogStore. It is designed to return product name keywords from the top sources on the internet: Amazon, Ebay, Google, and Shopping.com.

There are several features about this software that make it very attractive, but that’s not what this article is about. I’m telling you about this because I created a review site for the product on Monday, July 12th and I have the top 3 places on the first page of Google for the keyword phrase “product name keywords review” and the 6th, 7th, and 8th places on the first page of Google for the phrase, “product name keywords”.

Product Name Keywords Review search

That’s pretty exciting to see that happen so quickly. I know I’ll have to do some more work to keep my places, but I wanted to share a little about how I did it.

There are a few key things I did to get these results.

  1. I went to Clickbank Analytics and searched for a new product that looked like it would do well.
  2. Bought the domain name using the product name as part of the domain name and then created the site.
  3. I wrote two articles (3 would be better) and posted them both on the new review site. Since writing is something that takes me a while to accomplish I was very happy when I discovered Jonathan Leger’s newest software tool Instant Article Factory. It helps you write articles in 5 minutes or less. This is absolutely true. I love this article tool.
  4. Created a squidoo lens with the same title http://squidoo.com/product-name-keywords-review and put content, image, video, and my review of the tool.
  5. Created some backlinks to the site using Angela’s backlinks.

That was it. I was quite surprised at the quick results. I’m hopeful that I’ll be getting sales soon. I plan on doing more work to the site and creating more backlinks, videos, and articles to help keep it’s rank, but there you have it.

What Niche Market Are You In?

You’ve chosen your target market and are ready to build your website or create a product. Now comes the task of creating a keyword list to find out what terms people use to find the information or products they need to solve their problem.

Do you know how to do keyword research effectively? Maybe so, but not everyone has the time to spend or inclination. One of the tenets Tim Ferris teaches in The 4-Hour Workweek
is outsourcing your tasks. Who do you trust and how much should you pay for outsourcing your keyword research? It depends . . . on what your budget allows, how much you feel your niche is worth in the long run, who do you look to for guidance?

Check out the testimonials about my service. I’m relatively unknown, but do have a couple of clients you may have heard of. Find out what they’re saying about my services. I work hard to make sure you get a list that will return many high KEI keywords for you.

The next thing on my list to do is to create several keyword lists that will be sold to a maximum of 5 people. That’s right – only 5 people will get these lists. Let me know what your interests are and I’ll start creating lists that will serve your needs.

All the best,
Theresa
